Описание
These are harvested and packed following the hygienic procedures below:
1. Salt is used to remove slime from the fish. This is achieved by allowing the fish stay in brine for some hours. This has the additional advantage of destroying germs.
2. Fish are gutted and gills are removed by well trained personnel.
3. Fish are properly washed with clean water to remove traces of blood.
4. It is sealed in a nylon bag and put in a quick freeze freezer. Each pack contains 5 pieces of fish.
