Electronic document management system - tokens usage

  1. Token installation
    1. Download and install drivers for your USB-token

    2. Plug token to USB-port of your computer
    3. Run application «Rutoken Control Panel»

    4. Open tab «Administration»
      If you can see your token in the dropdown menu in section «Rutoken readers» then you have installed it successfully. Otherwise, you can do the following: - reboot your PC and repeat actions listed in par. 1 - contact to your system administrator
    5. Click «Login»

    6. Enter PIN code of your token, click «ОК»

    7. Go to tab «Certificates»

    8. Make sure that the required certificates are installed on this token
      The example below shows that two certificates are installed on the token: - first - invalid for today (valid until 07.08.2016), - second - valid for today (valid until 10.12.2017)
      The valid certificate will be used by us further. If you do not see the installed valid certificates in this list, then contact your system administrator.

  2. CryptoPro CSP installation
    1. Download CryptoPro CSP
      - follow to here - sign up or log in with your credentials on this site - follow to link «Загрузка файлов» in the right upper menu of the site

  3. CryptoPro plugin installation

      - launch downloaded distro - follow the system prompts
    3. Enable CryptoPro Browser plug-in
      - at the end of the installation (par. 3.2), in the pop-up browser window, click «Enable extension» - otherwise, in the browser's search bar enter next url: chrome://extensions/ , and make extension enabled in the opened browser's extension manager

    4. Restart browser
  4. Install CA's certificate
    1. Open the website of your certification authority (CA)
      In our example, the CA is LLC «Tensor». Follow to this link

  5. Signing the document
    1. Open web-site yorso.com , and log in or sign up
    2. Go to the web page where the document you want to sign is located
    3. Click «Sign»

    4. In the pop-up window «Confirm Access» click «Yes»

    5. Select the required certificate in the list (by clicking on it with the mouse or touchpad button)
      Click «OK». Next, the process of signing the document begins.

    6. Enter PIN code of your token
      Enter the PIN code the same as entered in par. 1.6 Click «OK»

      Or select flag «Save pin-code» and click «ОК»
    8. Make sure that the document has been successfully signed
      In the absence of any errors in the process of signing the document, the form of signing the document will be closed, and in the place where the document is located: - text «Signed by me» will appear - the button «Sign» will disappear
